Senior Materials Management Inventory Analyst
Department of Radiology
In this role, you will develop, implement and analyze the effectiveness of Materials Management distribution and inventory systems, as well as maintain financial accounts and oversight. In addition, you will manage the day-to-day operations, including Supply Chain Management, inventory, and purchasing & receiving for approximately $7 million in Interventional Radiology purchases. Responsible for the management of stock and non-stock purchases, par level management and inventory procedures.
You will be responsible for daily management and patient supply charges in our information system, as well as daily data management and supply charges to ensure proper inventory levels and flow. Crucial to your success, will be our ability to reduce inventory levels by utilization of consignment, optimize inventory par levels based on analysis of usage, and provide detailed analysis of inventory usage through the inventory tracking system. Additionally, you will assist in preparation and negotiation of supply contracts, process invoices for payment, and place requisitions for in-hospital & store supplies.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of experience handling Interventional Radiology products or equivalent OR/Cath Lab purchases. Product knowledge and experience dealing with the vendors with would be highly desired.
